  • Picture Week: DATES TBD

Pictures will take place during your child's regularly scheduled class time; dancers should arrive with hair and makeup complete. A dressing room will be provided for dancers to change into their costumes.

If your child is in a combo class (includes Creative Movement and Jazz/Tap classes), the teacher will decide on one costume to wear for pictures. Your child may take an individual picture in a different costume if there is time after all other pictures have been completed.

Costumes will be handed out at the studio as they arrive. Please mark all costumes with your child's name. Makeup, hair and costume sheets will be sent home by mid April.

Tech/Dress rehearsals are MANDATORY for all students! Please let your child's teacher or a studio manager know if your student will not be able to attend their rehearsal. Note that this is a closed rehearsal - dancers only, please!

Recital program personal ads are a great way to recognize your special dancer, B.Funk instructor or staff member!

Show appreciation for your dancer's hard work and a job well done with beautiful flowers at the recital!  No need to stop at the store - we will have them delivered to Laurel High School and you can pick them up on recital day.  Click below to access the order form and drop it off at the studio. Flowers will only be available at the May 21st shows.

  • Pre-Order Recital DVD's!

  • Volunteer

Do you want to volunteer during the recital this year?

Volunteers will help assist with costume changes, lining up dancers, and chaperoning dancers in the dressing rooms. Volunteers can be moms, dads, older siblings, or close relatives. Volunteers will not be required to purchase a recital ticket and will be able to watch their dancer's routine by stepping into the audience 1 number before they perform.

Before the show, there will be a mandatory volunteer meeting.

    Meeting times are as follows:

Volunteers are a crucial piece in making the show successful, we appreciate everyone who puts forth their time - thank you!

  • Questions?

Recital time can quickly become overwhelming for all students, new and experienced! Please let us know if you have any questions along the way and we will be more than happy to guide you.
